Burning sunflower

My favourite flower. Not my favourite artwork. Will try to improve it someday.
I like the Blake's, that's for sure; it represents the symbol of the flower perfectly.

Ah Sunflower, weary of time,
Who countest the steps of the sun;
Seeking after that sweet golden clime
Where the traveller's journey is done;

Where the Youth pined away with desire,
And the pale virgin shrouded in snow,
Arise from their graves, and aspire
Where my Sunflower wishes to go!

William Blake, "Ah Sunflower".

The art is wonderful, and the colours especially make me think of sun flowers. They are one of my favorites too.

You are very kind, C.
I've been always fascinated with heliotropic flowers. Even from childhood, still without having assumed the symbol of a living being constantly tracking the sun.
